Raul & his crew did excellent work, even painting the outside doors and house numbers so they pop. Carpentry: Avek railings are sturdy and withstand weather. In 1 small adjacent area, I had to apply plastic wood and leftover deck stain, but in another area the carpenter replaced 2 boards with Avek for free.
